Delivery Times

Our delivery may vary in time. Once your order is placed it usually takes 1-3 day till its processed in the mail-order house.
From the moment the parcel is ready for shipping and you got the dispatch confirmation via email you can expect your parcel to be arrived within the following days:

RETURNS

You have 14 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order when the goods are closed. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

Please keep in mind that we cannot cover the costs of the return. We ask you to pack the products safely, so that no damage can occur during shipping.
